This would be a min three-year development program focuses on nurturing practical and scalable business ideas among teenagers, fostering innovation, and ensuring their emotional well-being.

    The Teen Board Advisory Team is a select group of motivated and entrepreneurial teens aged 12 - 19 who play a crucial role in shaping our program. As a Teen Advisor, you will review product submissions, provide constructive feedback, and help select the best products for our online marketplace. This team also assists in developing program content, participating in events, and acting as ambassadors for the program. Joining the Teen Board Advisory Team offers leadership experience, networking opportunities, and personal growth.

  • Teen Sellers or Shop Owners

    As a Teen Seller or Shop Owner, you'll have the opportunity to bring your innovative product ideas to life and sell them on our exclusive online marketplace. This component provides hands-on experience in product development, marketing, and e-commerce. You'll receive guidance from our Teen Advisors and expert mentors, participate in Product Design Camps, and get feedback through monthly product reviews. This real-world business experience helps you develop entrepreneurial skills and turn your ideas into successful ventures.

  • Teencoached Entrepreneurship Support

    Our Entrepreneurs Teencoaching component is designed to provide personalized guidance and support to help you succeed in the entrepreneurial world. Every participant is assigned a dedicated Teencoach who offers one-on-one mentorship. The coaching sessions include bi-monthly group sessions, product development workshops, and finance coaching. Additionally, participants have access to resources that support emotional well-being and resilience. This holistic approach ensures balanced growth in both personal and entrepreneurial skills
