For Mayine Global Indigenous Coaches Association (MaGICA)

Our coaches form part of our Association, where we aim to build a stronger community and provide easy access to educational webinars and content that will support you on your journey to becoming certified and specialising in your field.

COACHING SUPERVISION

At MaGICA, we recognize that coaching—especially when working with minors—requires ongoing guidance, ethical oversight, and professional reflection. Our Coaching Supervision ensures that all certified coaches operate within a structured framework that prioritizes the safety, well-being, and best interests of the young people they serve. Through regular supervision sessions, case discussions, and mentorship, we help our coaches refine their techniques, navigate challenges, and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards.

ACCOUNTABILITY PLATFORM

Working with minors comes with great responsibility, and at MaGICA, we take accountability seriously. Our Accountability framework ensures that every coach maintains integrity, professionalism, and ethical responsibility in their work with young clients. This includes structured reporting, peer check-ins, and adherence to coaching best practices to safeguard the emotional and mental well-being of minors. By holding each other to high standards, we create a coaching environment built on trust, reliability, and excellence.

CONTINOUS LEARNING

Coaching is an ever-evolving field, and staying informed is key to making a lasting impact. At MaGICA, we prioritize Continuous Learning by offering specialized training, expert-led workshops, and access to the latest research in coaching methodologies—particularly in working with minors and indigenous coaching practices. This ensures that our coaches remain skilled, relevant, and equipped with the best tools to support the young people and families they serve.
