How the Coaching Clinic Strengthens MaGICA:

The Coaching Clinic is split into two distinct options to support your reintegration journey:

Option 1: Re-Entry Retreat + 3-Month Ongoing Support

Step 1: Intensive Re-Entry Retreat (depends on number, need +- 3 candidates

  • Fee: R9,500 (one-off)

  • Duration: 3 days

  • Focus:

    • Refresher Training: Update on MaGICA’s latest coaching methodologies, indigenous frameworks, and certification standards.

    • Supervised Coaching Practice: Practical coaching sessions to rebuild your confidence and skills under expert supervision.

    • Mentorship & Networking: Personalized mentorship and opportunities to reconnect with the MaGICA community for guidance, support, and inspiration.

    • Coaching Confidence Boost: Intensive group coaching to realign with MaGICA’s vision and values, making sure you’re ready to work with clients again.

Step 2: Ongoing Support for 3 Months

  • Fee: R5,500 per month (for 3 months)

  • Focus:

    • Supervised Coaching: Continued practice with clients under supervision to perfect your coaching skills.

    • Accountability & Check-ins: Monthly live check-ins to track your progress, answer questions, and adjust strategies.
