Quarterly Teencoaching Program

Covid made working online so easy that a times we forget the power of IN-PERSON work - as such this year I would like to give space to working with my clients more in person, especially in a group context. So this year I will be working in this format:

Our Approach: Quartely Coaching Program

We understand the unique needs of each age group, which is why we’ve tailored our coaching to serve PreTeens (Grades 5-7), Teens (Grades 8-12), and Young Adults (Post-Matric). With 12 participants per group, we ensure that every individual gets the attention and care they deserve. Our quarterly coaching model involves both group sessions for peer support and one-on-one coaching for personalized guidance.

What’s Included in Our Program:

1. Group Coaching Sessions (Quarterly)

Each group coaching session is designed to address the specific needs of each age group:

PRE-TEENS (Grade 5 to 7)

Focus on building emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and early leadership skills.

TEENAGERS (Grade 8 to 11)

Develop academic strategies, resilience, goal setting, self-confidence and self awareness,

YOUNG ADULTS (For+19yr olds)

Tertiary Support coaching group, self discovery, career planning, and building a path to success.

2. One-on-One Coaching (Quarterly)

Each participant will receive one 60-90 minute personalized coaching session per quarter. This allows us to address individual needs, track progress, and offer tailored solutions for their academic, emotional, or career development.

3. Progress Tracking

Through our inclusive team working together, we assist participants can track goals, milestones, and feedback after each session. This is also data we will use to assist parents to be informed and engaged in your child’s growth with real-time updates.

4. Annual Parents Feedback / Workshop (not for parents of young adults)

Parents receive a comprehensive report each quarter outlining their child’s progress, achievements, and next steps. This ensures transparency and keeps everyone aligned with the coaching goals.

(billed separately and also works as a parent-specific workshop on all matters relating to parenting teens)

PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

We offer flexible pricing and payment plans designed to cater to different needs, ensuring access to high-quality coaching and support throughout the year. Here are the details for both group and one-on-one coaching:

Pricing Options

Admin & Data Assessment Fee: R650 (Once-off) - I will request +-3yrs Academic Reports, any other assessments done, etc plus an online Q & A for parents to fill in.

  • Quarterly Fee: R5,850 per participant
    This fee covers:

    • 1 Group Coaching Session per Quarter: Monthly group sessions with peers focused on academic and personal growth, tailored to each age group.

    • 1 One-on-One Coaching Session per Quarter: A personalized session every quarter to focus on individual goals, challenges, and milestones.

    • Access to the Online Learning Portal: Exclusive resources, workshops, and materials to support ongoing development.

    • Progress Tracking: Continuous monitoring of goals, milestones, and feedback, ensuring that both parents and participants stay informed and engaged.

    • Real-Time Support via WhatsApp: Ongoing access to the coach for any questions or guidance needed throughout the year.

PAYMENT TERMS

Quarterly Payment Option:
Pay R5,850 at the start of each quarter, covering all group and one-on-one sessions, as well as access to the online portal and tracking services.
Quarterly Payment: R5,850 per quarter

Monthly Payment Breakdown:
If you prefer a more flexible payment plan, you can choose to break the quarterly fee into monthly installments.
Monthly Payment: R1,950 per month

  • Yes, parents and participants will have access to the coach through WhatsApp for any questions or support needed throughout the year. This ensures you have ongoing guidance, even outside of coaching sessions.

  • Yes, we offer:

    • Annual Fee Special: When you pay for the annual fee upfront, you receive a 10% discount .

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeit of the session.

  • The parents' in person annual workshop is billed separately at R2500 once off.

  • We do not offer trial sessions, but you can schedule a consultation call with our team to better understand the program and how it will benefit your child. This call will help you decide if the program aligns with your needs.
